Last updated: June 24, 2026

1. Introduction

These terms apply to the purchase of services from Konvertio (hereinafter "we", "us"). The service provides online conversion of files (video, audio, images, documents, and archives). By using paid services, you accept these terms.

2. Seller / Contact Information

VOROBIOV WEBSTUDIO
Organisasjonsnummer: 935 604 427
E-post: kontakt@konvertio.no

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in the displayed currency. We offer both one-time purchases (per file or day pass) and recurring subscriptions. Prices are clearly shown on the pricing page before purchase. Any price changes are announced to subscribers in good time.

4. Payment

Payment is made via card or other supported methods through our payment providers. For subscriptions, the amount is charged at each renewal period (monthly or annually) until the subscription is canceled. For one-time purchases, the amount is charged at the time of purchase.

5. Delivery

The service is delivered digitally and immediately. Conversion happens in your browser, and the result is available for download right away. No physical goods are shipped.

6. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers may have a statutory right of withdrawal for online purchases of digital services, subject to applicable law in your jurisdiction.

Important note on digital services: When the service is delivered and performed immediately (conversion happens right away), and you expressly consent to delivery starting before the withdrawal period expires, the right of withdrawal may no longer apply under applicable law. You are informed of this at the time of purchase.

For subscriptions, you can cancel at any time. You keep access through the end of the paid period, but already paid, started periods are normally non-refundable.

7. Complaints

If the service does not work as described, you can contact us at konvertio.online@gmail.com. We will try to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. You may have statutory consumer rights under applicable law.

8. Dispute Resolution

Complaints should be directed to us within a reasonable time. If we cannot reach an agreement, EU consumers may use the EU online dispute resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/odr).

9. Liability

We provide the service "as is". We are not liable for data loss or indirect losses. You are responsible for keeping backups of your files. Uploaded files are deleted automatically (see the Privacy Policy).

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes will first be sought resolved amicably, and otherwise before the competent courts.
